Susannah is committed to providing evidence-based treatment for a range of psychological difficulties, and to foster personal growth and change.
My clinical expertise extends across a broad range of presentations, and I often works across generalised and social anxiety, stress, depression, and emotion regulation difficulties.
I frequently work in performance-related challenges, including perfectionism, anxiety, leadership wellbeing, athletic performance, and burnout. I have a special interest in helping people to thrive under pressure and achieve their goals.
Therapy approaches
I primarily utilise:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
I also draw from Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy and Family Systems.
