If you’re not sure if seeing a clinical psychologist could help you, or just unsure how to start, please get in touch by phone or email.

First Appoint-ment

For your first appointment, it is important to take time to collect information about your current challenges and your history and to consider the treatment that would assist you. Please allow 50-60 minutes. Together we will create a plan to address your goals and organise a time for ongoing appointments that suits you.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes in length.

You are not required to have a referral, you are able to book an appointment when you are ready.

The cost of an initial session is $280. This includes a $30 initial assessment fee to allow for preparation of assessment letter, formulation and treatment planning. Ongoing fees are $250.
Fees are based on the Australian Psychological Society Recommended Schedule of $267 per session.

If you have been referred by your GP or psychiatrist and you have a Mental Health Care Plan you will be entitled to a Medicare rebate for up to 20 sessions per calendar year.
